The Chico Camp

June 13-15 2025

The 2025 Camp Is Full

The Chico Camp is run by the BRONC officials group in Northern California and held at two locations close enough to walk too, California State University Chico and Chico High School. This camp has been going on for well over 20 years and attended by many now Division I, II, NAIA and Junior College officials. Camp is welcome to ALL levels of officiating. The main purpose and goal of the camp is to make you a better and more knowledgeable official on and off the court. To help in progressing your career through required camps, or certified instruction if required by your high school groups.

The instruction is based on Men’s College officiating mechanics, but that does not mean you have to be a collegiate official to attend. Our goal is to identify those that may be considered at the next level whether it be Junior College, NAIA, or Division II.
This camp’s main purpose is to make you a better official and give you a positive camp experience. Allow you to create networks amongst piers and staff.

Our staff of clinicians all have had much camp experience. Whether as a camper themselves or clinician working at a camp. Their insight is valuable, and designed for you to understand and take with you new knowledge and understanding of what is expected in “trusting the system” of officiating basketball.

It may also open the door to the opportunity to advance your career at the next level in the future as we have multiple collegiate assignors who regularly attend.

If you have any questions about camp, please feel free to reach out and we will attempt to provide you with the appropriate and informative answer to all your questions.
